Our Policies

Please arrive approximately 5-10min prior to your appointment to allow time to use the facilities and consult with your therapist about any concerns or issues you would like to address during your appointment.

If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, your therapist will end your session at the scheduled end-time unless decided otherwise by the therapist.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (831) 747-5562. If your cancellation is within 12 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service will be charged.

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.

We have a full team of highly talented male and female staff members! Please let us know if you have a preferred gender you would like to have working on you upon scheduling.

When scheduling online, please state in the notes of your appointment that you are requesting a specific therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your request!

If an appointment is scheduled for a minor, please have a parent or guardian present either in the room or inside the business during their session. Parent/Guardian is required to fill out and sign a Minor Consent form.
